All sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable.
If merchandise is damaged, you must notify us with your claim within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by contacting Customer Service via the Contact Us page. We will promptly reply to you with instructions for damaged items. Do not return damaged items to us until further instruction. Items will not be accepted without prior approval and will be refused. Save your original packing slip and packing materials. You will have the option of receiving a replacement at no additional cost or getting a full refund. Refunds are only issued after our warehouse has assessed the damage and approved the refund.
