How do I view your wholesale prices? We only give access to our wholesale price list to retailers and/or e-commerce shops that have registered online for an account with us. Visit our Create Wholesale Account page for more information.

How do I set up a wholesale account? A wholesale account is only available to retailers and/or e-commerce shops with a valid resale certificate. Depending on the state in which your business is located, a resale certificate can also be called a sales tax permit, resale license, reseller’s certificate, sales tax ID, reseller’s permit, or similar document. This business certificate is required to purchase products tax-free for resale. You must register for an account online on our Create Wholesale Account page.

Which carriers do you use to ship? We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.



How much is the shipping charge? Shipping charges vary based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will be contacted about your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges will be calculated at that time prior to shipment. All shipping charges must be paid prior to shipment.

How soon will my order ship? Most of our items are made to order and will ship in about 7 to 10 business days after your order is processed. Some items such as special order items will take longer. You will be contacted should additional time be required.

What is your cancellation policy? If an order can be stopped before it is processed, we will cancel the order and refund your money. If the order has been processed, your order cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your order prior to ordering.

Do you have product images I can use? Yes, each product page has a "DOWNLOAD IMAGE" link in the description section of the product. Click on the link and the photo will open in a new tab. To save the image, bring up the save menu by hovering the pointer over the image and right-clicking your mouse button or, on a mobile device, press and hold finger on image. Select "Save picture as" and save to your desired file location. You may also use any other product images on our site that do not have a product link to them.
